What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Consumable parts such as propellers and landing gear, or any coatings that deteriorate over time due to normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by unauthorized accessories, modifications, or repairs.
Minor scratches, dents, or blemishes unless caused by defective materials.
Damage from water ingress, whether rain, snow, or accidental water landings.
Operating outside the scope of the user manual.
Use of the UAV for commercial purposes.
Products without proof of purchase.
Crashes caused by pilot error or unrelated to manufacturer defects.
Exceeding the maximum take-off weight stipulated in the user manual.
Damage from using the UAV in a compromised state.
Limitation of Liability

Condor Drones will not be held liable for any personal injury, property loss, or damage resulting from the following:

Operating the UAV unlawfully or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
Failure to follow the user manual for setup and operation.
Unauthorized modifications or use of non-original parts.
Operating the UAV in adverse weather conditions (winds over 20 knots, rain, snow, hail).
Neglecting basic maintenance.
Loss of customer data during service or warranty repairs.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please contact us at info@condordrones.com.au with the following details:

A detailed explanation of the issue.
The circumstances under which the issue first occurred.
What We Will Do

We will attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue via email or phone. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, you will need to return the drone to us for further assessment:

If the claim is warrantable: Your drone will be repaired or replaced and returned to you at no cost.
If the claim is not warrantable: You will have the option to pay for repairs or have the drone returned to you at your expense.

We use new and/or used parts that meet performance and reliability standards for repairs. The warranty on the repaired or replaced item will cover the remaining time of the original product’s warranty.

Important: The drone must be returned for flight log analysis to process any warranty claims. No warranty claim can be made without the complete drone.

30 Day Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with a tamper seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You the customer are responsible for shipping charges back to Condor Drones if this is a change of mind return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If it is not a warrantable claim, the customer is liable for all shipping and repair charges.

    Newton 3 Release

    Simple to use, connect the release wire to your sinker or leader. It then clips into the Newton 3™ unit on the bottom of the drone.

    The drone is flown out to a distance of your choosing, the distance is shown on the remote. The bait can be dropped in multiple different ways, either by pressing, the release button, the return to home button, or putting your hand on the line causing tension on the line.

The AEE Condor™ A22 is a fishing drone assembled in New Zealand with the Patented Newton 3™ Bait release.

The A22 is a specialised fishing drone that is very quick to deploy and simple to use. Making it easier for the operator to spend more time fishing than setting up and operating the drone. There isn't much of a learning curve to learn how to operate this fishing drone safely and effectively

The Newton 3™ release mechanism is a revolutionary new release system, utilising both a mechanical or tension release to drop the baited hooks.

This has been designed to drop your baited hooks out further than you can cast and return home safely with no incidents. 

The safety track record in NZ over the last three years has proven that it is a very robust, safe and easy-to-use drone for the average person who has never operated one before.

ADVANCED SAFETY FEATURES

The Condor has multiple safety features built in to help make it very safe as well as user friendly, making it easy to fly and use for the novice drone fishermen as well as the seasoned angler! Some of the safety features that will cause the drone to return Home(RTH) are:

  • Low Battery
  • Max height is reached(100m)
  • Geofence is reached(1000m from the home point)
  • Manually initiated

If any of these parameters are reached, the drone will automatically drop the payload, climb to a safe height of 30m(only if it is below 30m) and RTH to land at the home point and then shut down automatically. The home point is recorded as the take-off point each time the drone takes off for a flight.
