- 1 Full Replacement for Flyaway: If your drone flies away and can't be recovered, you’re entitled to one replacement in the 12-month period*.
- Flexible Repair or Replacement: If your drone can’t be repaired, you’ll have the option for a full replacement with a small excess fee*.
- Claim Anytime: Your DroneSurance can be claimed at any stage within the first 12 months, as long as it’s not a warrantable event*.

- DroneSurance must be purchased at the same time as your drone.
- Proof of purchase is required when making a claim.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered:

Collision Damage: If your drone is damaged in a collision (like hitting a tree or a hard landing), we’ll repair or replace it.
- Replacement Cost: $699 excess fee for replacement.

Flyaway or Unrecoverable Drone: If your drone flies away or becomes unrecoverable, you’re covered for one replacement.
- Replacement Cost for Flyaway: $999 excess fee.
How It Works:

Damage Claims:
Simply return the drone to us, and you can choose between repair or replacement. If repairs aren’t possible, you can opt for a replacement at a discounted fee of $699. -
Flyaway Claims:
If your drone has flown away or is lost, send your remote controller to Condor Drones, and we’ll replace your drone for $999.
Important Details:
- Return postage for any claims is the responsibility of the customer.
- If your drone is deemed unrepairable, you will have the option to purchase a replacement for the excess fee of $699.
- If the repairs are deemed to cost more than a replacement drone, you will be offered a new drone at the replacement excess of $699, If you do not accept the offer your drone will be returned to you or disposed of.
- If you choose not to purchase a replacement, your damaged drone will be returned or disposed of at your discretion.
- All water-damaged drones will be treated as a fly-away drone claim, and a replacement offered for $999
